Cody Joseph Krainock is an accomplished Software Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at WhatsApp, where he is responsible for building the payments infrastructure that enables users to transfer money and participate in commerce as easily as sending a message. Prior to joining WhatsApp, Cody worked as a Software Engineer at Flexport, where he was a founding member of the marketplace engineering team. He built the first version of the internal commerce platform, which enabled the company to scale pricing operations, and made significant contributions to quoting, invoicing, payments, finance, analytics, and transit time prediction systems.
