Cody Skaggs is an experienced process engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working at Metalsa as a Process Engineer, Cody is responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective. Prior to his current role, Cody worked at Daicel Safety Systems America as both a Process Engineer and a Manufacturing Engineer. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in developing and improving manufacturing processes, as well as identifying and addressing production issues. Cody's education background includes attending Apollo High School and completing his Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Maintenance Technology from Owensboro Community and Technical College. He then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Western Kentucky University. Throughout his career, Cody has demonstrated a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. He has a proven track record of implementing process improvements that have resulted in increased efficiency and productivity.
