Prior to joining Rippling, Colm worked at HiQuest Group of IT Companies in various roles, including business operations and senior sales engineering and consulting. In these roles, he designed, sold, and implemented both workforce and customer Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. He owned the complete life-cycle of over 50 IAM implementation projects from pre-sales through deployment, go-live, and post-deployment support. He also performed product demos for prospective buyers, assisted prospects with building Proof of Concepts, and designed and presented technical architectural diagrams, information flow charts, and business value assessments. Colm holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Software & Computing Systems from Arizona State University. His tech stack includes AWS, Salesforce, infra, Senior Software Engineer, test, Research Scientist, and Mobile.
