Cristiano Franco is the Founder and CEO of Poatek, a boutique IT consulting firm that delivers great technology services for international projects. With almost 21 years of relevant experience, Cristiano has a strong background in business management, computer science, and software development planning and control. Prior to founding Poatek, Cristiano was a Partner at Ventiur.net, an angel investment fund, where he mentored startups in the third cycle of Startup Brasil and Innovativa Brasil. He also served as a Professor at UNISINOS, teaching quantitative project management, software metrics, and software development planning and control at the undergraduate level. Cristiano holds an Executive Education degree in Leading Professional Service Firms from Harvard Business School, a degree in Business Management from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, and a Diploma Work in Computer Graphics from EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne). Aside from his role at Poatek, Cristiano is also an Investor at Ventiur, where he continues to support and mentor startups.
