Curtis Moore is a highly skilled Principal UI Software Engineer with over 25 years of relevant experience in the field. He is currently working at Coupa Software, where he is one of the lead developers for the Coupa platform and has helped re-architect and re-build the Expense Management module using React/Redux. Curtis also mentors other teams as they roll out React to other parts of the platform, ranging from Sourcing to Suppliers to Invoicing. He has developed an interactive React Dev Guide to help bootstrap engineers within the organization to quickly get up to speed on React/best practices. Curtis has a broad range of technical skills, including Ruby/Rails, HTML5/CSS3/LESS, Jest/Jasmine/Capybara test frameworks, Webpack, jQuery/Backbone, REST/API/ActiveModel Serialization, 508 Compliance/Accessibility, and more. At USDA, Curtis was the lead Java developer/architect of the Laboratory Submissions system for tracking/sampling of animal diseases for both Veterinary Services and Wildlife Services. He extended the Struts framework to make it an event and workflow based architecture and was the principal UI developer for the division.
