Cássius Carvalho is an entrepreneur committed to self-mastery and causing long-term systemic and disruptive impact. He aims to create a more conscious, loving, and nurturing society by building structures that enable us to understand reality deeply, navigate complexity harmoniously, and create more desirable, coherent futures. Currently, he is the co-starter of Reality Disruption Labs, a collaborative laboratory for the exploration, experimentation, and disruption of different aspects of reality. The lab is initially focused on researching, mapping, and experimenting with four aspects of reality: the future of learning, regenerative systems, disruptive work, and practical spirituality/consciousness development. Cássius has experience working as a marketing and operations lead at High Stakes Academy, where he managed social media, paid acquisition, content marketing, copywriting, and wore multiple hats when they weren't focused on product launches. He also worked as an advertising operations manager at Metadata.io, where he managed over $4 million in advertising spend on social media channels for around 20 B2B companies. He managed and trained a three-person team that created ads, ran and optimized them, and was responsible for setting up several automation tools and workflows for their ad campaigns. Cássius has an associate degree in quality management from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and has completed several programs to enhance his skills and knowledge, including a 12-month startup apprenticeship program in entrepreneurship and liberal arts at Discover Praxis, a 3-month intensive self-development and lifestyle design program at High Stakes Academy, and a mind-matter phenomenon program with three ten-day silent meditation courses at Vipassana. Cássius's tech stack includes Salesforce, and he has relevant experience of 2.43 years. He is always looking for like-minded people who resonate with his work and is open to connecting with them.
