Dalia Dupont is a highly motivated and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. With a Master's degree in Marketing and Strategy from Paris-Dauphine and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, London Campus, Dalia has a strong academic background in business and marketing. Currently working as an Assistant Brand & Product Manager for Gucci Beauty at Coty, Dalia is responsible for managing product launches and promotional activities in the French market. She also produces sales support tools and competitive studies of the French market for different segment businesses. Dalia analyses brand performance using NPD and retailers data and monitors inventory levels. She is an expert in supply chain forecasts and works closely with the Demand Planning team. Prior to her current role, Dalia was the Head of Marketing at Olam Ventures, a new model of accelerator made for student entrepreneurs. She defined and implemented the strategic marketing plans to promote the accelerator activities to students, investors, and mentors worldwide. She managed and led a team of six people and delegated tasks among them based on skill level. Dalia is also a member of Women in Innovation, a non-profit organization that includes 4000+ members from all over the world, working together to create pathways for all women to have a seat at the table. WIN community's goal is to inspire women as leading voices in innovation through different programs. Dalia's technical skills include product management and parts-of-speech. She has 0.35 years of relevant experience and is always eager to learn and grow in her field.
