The platform offers an enterprise cloud computing company that provides business software on a subscription basis. It offers products catering to the sales, service, and marketing needs of enterprises through the cloud and mobile app. In addition to CRM tools, it also offers analytics, and forecasting, collaboration tools. It provides collaboration services such as sharing knowledge, task management, and connecting employees with files and data. It has clients such as IDFC Bank, NMIMS, CEAT, etc.

As a member of the Infrastructure delivery team, I am responsible for maintaining and writing software to build next-generation cloud-scale data centers. Putting my software skills to use as I learn about Linux OS, Kickstart (PXE, DHCP, TFTP, etc.), Systems and network management.

Previous to Infrastructure delivery team, I was part of the community cloud with a focus on building files components for Salesforce communities. Community cloud helps companies connect and collaborate with customers, partners, and employees. Companies can build a community for everyone critical to their business ecosystem, from agencies, vendors, and suppliers, to patients, job applicants, and even retail locations. My primary focus was on contributing some key features to library member management and improving accessibility, localization of certain features.

Kony Inc, a cloud-based provider of mobility, omnichannel and internet-of-things systems and services. I was a Front-End developer, primarily on AngularJS at MBaaS, a platform providing backend development as a service. I was responsible for the user experience enhancement, usability and revamp of the portal interface for MBaaS.

Student developer at Google Summer of Code 2016 and primarily worked on the Loklak project. Loklak which is a distributed search and analytics framework to collect, store, search and analyze social media. Loklak is a well known open source project among data scientists for scraping social media data. 

My primary contribution is around improving the API consumption and scraping data by building Loklak applications for a wider audience and use cases. This includes leaderboards, twitter walls, sentiment analysis of tweets and so on. 

With the amount of data being scraped, We introduced Susi.ai, a chatbot framework primarily trained on the Loklak data. My primary contribution to building the Susi web client.

I started my journey with Kony, Inc. as an Intern with a primary focus on revamping the user experience for MBaaS platform along with optimizing the code.
