Dan Powdermaker is a seasoned technology executive with over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and general management. He has a proven track record of building successful sales, marketing, and business development teams that consistently win in the marketplace. Dan has also helped raise over $600M in venture capital and public financing and established sales, marketing, and operational teams in twenty countries on five continents. Currently, Dan is an Angel Investor and Board Member at Launchpad Venture Group, the largest angel group in New England and a top-three ranked group in the U.S. He is an active participant in the Greater Boston start-up community and has helped engineer successful exits with two entrepreneurial growth companies, iBasis and Arbinet. Dan's market and product strategies have differentiated companies from the competition, created significant market presence, rapid growth, and resulted in sustained value creation in both early-stage and mature companies and across cultures. He has delivered a CAGR in excess of 50% per year for ten years to generate over $600M per year in organic revenue. Dan's educational background includes an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, an MA in Latin American Studies from The University of Chicago, and an AB in Political Science from Boston College.
