Daniel Mangalraj is a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst, ETL Architect, and Guidewire Certified Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He possesses a strong knowledge of BI technologies and ETL tools, and is proficient in Oracle, PL/SQL, and Unix. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked on various projects related to Claims, Policy Conversion, and Data Management for Guidewire Suite. He is currently working as a Lead Analyst at CGI, where he is leading the ETL development for a large Finnish insurer, enabling Guidewire Datahub and migrating legacy policies to Guidewire Policycenter. He is also responsible for supporting business analysis, data modelling, and ensuring CI/CD pipeline. Prior to his current role, Daniel worked at Cognizant as an Associate, where he led ETL development for a large US insurer to migrate legacy claims data into Guidewire Claimcenter. He also worked as a Data Analyst and ETL Developer for a US insurance carrier to enable Guidewire Data management products Datahub and Infocenter by migrating both legacy and insurance suite data. Additionally, he worked as a Lead ETL Developer to create a data analytics solution for a US insurer and as a Business Data Analyst for a large UK insurer to reverse engineer legacy code to aid migration from data marts to Data lake. Before joining Cognizant, Daniel worked at iGate as a Senior Software Engineer, where he was responsible for L2 and L3 support of a large US client in the Aviation and Supply Chain domain. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University and completed his schooling in Computer Science from St. Sebastian's.
