He has worked with several renowned companies in the past, including Ola Dash and Licious, where he held the positions of Talent Acquisition Leader and Talent Acquisition Manager, respectively. Darren has a strong educational background, having completed his PGCP - SHRM from IIM in 2022. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Electronics, Mathematics from St. Joseph's College.
