Darshan C is a Senior Software Engineer at Freshworks, with over 2 years of experience in back-end development and database management. He is also on the path to becoming a data scientist, learning all the necessary skills on his own. Currently, Darshan works as a RoR Developer at zoomcar. Prior to this, he was a Software Engineer at Byju's - The Learning App, where he played an active role in designing and developing a scalable database in MySQL and RailsDB, coordinating with teams of Android and iOS developers to write efficient and effective REST APIs in PHP and Ruby on Rails, and writing automated unit tests in both PHP and Ruby to constantly keep a check on the API functionality. He also designed and developed a leaderboard for participants from various schools, keeping them motivated to take quizzes in a competitive environment. Darshan completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka in 2014.
