Darshan Patel is a seasoned IT professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the Country Head for Incture in Mexico, where he is responsible for enabling stakeholders to contribute to the successful operation of the delivery center of Incture.com. Darshan is a mentor, motivator, and driver of innovation, with a mission to humanize relationships globally through the use of technology. Darshan has a wealth of experience in digital solutions, SAP ERP, competency and learning development, project management, solution delivery, training, and software development. He has worked with leading international organizations such as IBM, TCS, HCL, EDS, among others, and has managed diverse accounts in the pharmaceutical, banking, manufacturing, CPG, and retail sectors. He has held several professional assignments in Australia, China, India, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, and Singapore, where he has executed roles such as Operations Head, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Consultant, and Software Engineer. Darshan is a graduate of Dharmsinh Desai University, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He also completed his STD XII in Science Stream at RPTP, VV Nagar. His education, coupled with his extensive experience, has helped him to develop competencies, standards, and processes within his teams, and he has established and followed clear and appropriate governance models.
