Darshan Puranik is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a strong background in software architecture, product management, team building, technology vision and strategy. He is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of akeed delivery, where he leads a multidisciplinary team that includes product, software development, and customer service. Darshan's goal is continuous improvement, and his team builds, tests, deploys, and revises applications in an Agile way. He plays a crucial role in bridging different departments of the company and the software development team, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, requirements of other departments, new technologies, management vision, and more. Darshan's expertise in customer service is evident in the strong infrastructure he has created from scratch at akeed delivery. His customer service team is dynamic, equipped with appropriate technology, and committed to providing the best customer service possible. Darshan also participates in deciding major strategies and visions for the company. Prior to akeed delivery, Darshan was the CTO of knox innovations llp, where he headed a multidisciplinary IoT development team. He was involved in multiple roles in the organization, ranging from software developer to AWS admin, team lead to product manager, and vendor selection to vendor management. He also served as the CTO of instatech solutions pvt ltd., where he gathered requirements and generated Functional Requirements Specification documents, designed and developed custom applications per customer needs beyond base product offerings, and collaborated with project teams to ensure successful delivery of applications. Darshan holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis and a B.E. in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. He has relevant experience of 9.28 years and a tech stack that includes senior software engineering, software engineering, product management, testing, AWS, mobile, infrastructure, and web.
