Darshit Kanani is a talented Talent Acquisition Advisor with a passion for recruiting great talent for Internet/Product/Software Orgs, Investment Banks, E-commerce giants, and Unicorn startups. Before Numerator, Darshit was the Deputy Manager - Technical Recruitment at Skillventory, where he recruited and placed Technocrates working with cutting-edge technologies and following best market practices for Fortune listed Investment Banks, IT Product Firms, E-Commerce Giants, and Unicorn Startups at all experience levels. He was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client management, and team lead. Darshit has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedbabd, and is currently pursuing a Post-graduation program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
