Founding member of the Azure Managed HSM team. Azure Managed HSM is a cloud-native key management and processing solution operating inside of SGX enclaves atop of FIPS-certified HSMs. 

* Helped bring the service from a 2018 prototype to worldwide general availability in 2021.
* Designed and brought to production a novel, high-performance C++ web application platform; the server terminates TLS inside of an SGX enclave to provide confidentiality from the cloud operator. 
* Developed and optimized both the authentication and authorization layers of the service, integrating with Microsoft’s OpenID Connect compliant Azure Active Directory.
* Created performance and density testing frameworks to drive COGS and pricing model. Collaborated with PMs and peer teams to design the allocation model from both a product and engineering perspective. 
* Heavily optimized the application to support high-intensity including TLS offloading, for both internal and external customers. Scaled from zero traffic in 2018 to over five billion requests per day in 2023.
* Played a heavy role in maintaining world-class availability by responding to issues in the live-site with quality analyses and repairs.
