He has built a Global knowledge base for the SRE Operations. Currently, Dayanand is working at Smarsh as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager. He is responsible for hiring and retaining key talent for SRE/ DevOps teams in India, measuring and improving the productivity of the team, creating self-managed teams who can work in a matrix organization reporting to functional leaders and peers from other locations, providing overall analysis and monitoring application performance and metrics, collaborating and communicating effectively across departments and roles, guiding the process for the team and driving improvements in people, process, and tools, ensuring team process and capability to deliver the projects on time, working with their team to deliver projects relevant to SRE organization, working with their team to provide production support adopting companywide processes to support higher availability, compiling KPIs and evangelizing the adoption of best practices in relation to performance and reliability across the organization, and embedding into SRE projects and on-call rotations to keep your skills sharp and stay close to the operational workflows and issues.
