Deb Deep Sett is a versatile worker in the technical departments with a speciality in Mechanical Design and Development of products. With over 4 years of relevant experience, he has worked in various areas such as Production, Product Demonstration, River Instrumentation, Analysis of real-time data, Technical Support, Experimenting with Sensors/IoT instruments, and as an acting leader in many IoT based projects. Deb's strengths lie in Engineering and Communication, and he enjoys working with people from diverse walks of life and professions. Currently working as a Product Development Engineer at hacklab solutions, he has previously worked as a Chief Operations Officer at kritsnam, where he led and overhauled Manufacturing and Deployment teams leading to better operations management. He also supervised field technical installation operations for over 60 IoT devices, ensured CZO Project success by continuously managing deployment and operation of 20 LPWAN based water monitoring stations in a village near Kanpur, and led the CWC Pilot for River Level Monitoring in the Ganges with a team of 5 members. Deb also proposed and implemented a large-scale device deployment plan for Canal water level monitoring in Haryana and introduced an algorithm to provide canal discharge rate using combined use of IoT device and Irrigation Department Data. He is currently proposing a method to track a part or product for its entire life using a terminal-based app. Deb has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT and is proficient in Python, Search, and Software Engineering. He has also innovated and implemented anomaly detection in device data using rolling median and modified, implemented and tested a refined anomaly detection algorithm leading to better data accuracy, leading to improved decision-making capacity of the client. Deb has standardized Data Dashboard for clients and provided data processing services.
