Debapriyo Ganguly is a highly experienced technology leader with over 19 years of experience in building and maintaining low latency, highly available, distributed software systems that operate at scale. He has a proven track record of building and leading successful teams ground-up, with a focus on delivering strategic goals and driving greater impact by connecting the dots across business and technology. Currently, he is the Head of India at Blink Health, where he is responsible for setting up Blink's Product Engineering centers in India to accelerate the overall product development pace to address the massive opportunity that the space presents. Debapriyo's experience spans across multiple domains, including Retail, Pricing, Customer Relationship Management, and High-end configuration for targeted clients. He has worked with leading organizations like Amazon and Trilogy, where he has held senior leadership positions and managed large teams cutting across Technology and Business Programs. At Amazon, he led a 300 people org focused on driving seller growth across Amazon's global marketplaces, where he owned the central Technology group that powers and adds scale to the worldwide seller growth business. He conceptualized and evolved business programs to prioritize high-potential sellers, identify key growth drivers, and optimized goal definition and execution to deliver multi-billion dollar goals across programs. Debapriyo is a Software Engineer, Product Manager, and ML expert and has a Master of Computer Applications from the Department of Computer Science, Pune University, and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College. He is passionate about taking bold bets, hiring and building cohesive teams, growing senior leaders to force-multiply, and enjoys interacting with people and learning from them. He has been actively associated with hiring and has done more than 1500 interviews for Amazon.
