Debashis Moharana is an experienced Front End developer with a specialization in mobile and web application development. With over 6 years of experience, he has worked on a variety of technologies and frameworks such as javascript, angular, ionic, coffeescript, handlebar, backbone, jquery, HTML and CSS. Debashis has led a team of 3-4 UI developers to achieve shared goals and objectives of the project. He has improved the quality of existing code by applying coding standards like SOLID, DRY, KISS, etc. and ensured the implementation of peer code review and unit testing processes to maintain quality. He has also ensured quick resolution of development issues to avoid efficiency loss of individual developers. Apart from his technical expertise, Debashis has also worked on requirement gathering, gap analysis, UX refinement, and effort estimations. He has distributed tasks among team members to keep them effective while tracking the development via daily status check. Currently, Debashis is working as a System Analyst at Cybage. He also holds an Associate's Degree in Science from the College of Basic Science & Humanities, Bhubaneswar, and completed his High School education from Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Khurda, and Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir, Dharmavihar.
