Debashrit M. is an enthusiastic individual who is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He is a former Boschler and Scrum Master, and has been a consistent topper since his school days. Debashrit is an expert in puzzles, leadership, team management, investing, and robotics. He is highly skilled in statistical analysis and has used tools like logistic regression and ANOVA using SPSS to derive actionable insights. Currently, Debashrit is working as a Summer Intern at Everest Group, where he is gaining enriching experience working with the Engineering Services team. He has been involved in brainstorming on several interesting trends affecting ER&D spend and has got a flavor of the two broad offerings of Everest Group - Custom project and Syndicate Report. He has supported an end-to-end market entry strategy assessment in the technical publications domain for a global services major. He has also conducted an as-is assessment to gather deep insights on the size and growth prospects across three major verticals in this domain. In addition, he has aggregated competitive insights of five peers based on portfolio size, value proposition, delivery footprint, investments & focus areas. Debashrit has collaborated on preparing a webinar deck and company’s proprietary State of the Market report on Digital Product Engineering. Prior to this, Debashrit has worked as a Vertical Coordinator (Projects) at Utsaha-IIM Indore's Marketing Fest, where he led a team of 60+ members to study urban & rural consumer behavior via disguised marketing research. He has also contributed to executing disguised marketing research projects to solve business problems for various brands. Debashrit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research. He has also been a gold medalist at the university level. Debashrit completed his schooling from D.M. School, RIE, BBSR, and Indira English Medium School, Bhubaneswar.
