Debasish Guha is a highly skilled Team Lead/Consultant with expertise in project management and service transition. He is currently working at Accenture as a Project Management Officer (PMO) Lead at the Service Transition Management Team. Debasish is pursuing his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya (IIM BG) and holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is also an ECBA (IIBA) certified professional. Debasish has over 4.5 years of relevant experience in the industry and has previously worked as an IT Analyst in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He has a strong background in data management, client handling, and managing entire governance activities of service transition. Debasish has a proven track record of successfully steering finance management of projects, resource ramp-up design, and KT planning and execution of resources. Debasish has executed several projects in his career, including the Honda Project, where he completed service transition of 20 FTEs and steered budget calculation and project finance tracking. He also developed weekly and monthly transition reports for clients and worked on technology access setup and access monitoring. Debasish coordinated with three separate teams such as Application Maintenance & Support (AMS), ITIS, and Client SMEs and developed reports presented to the senior leadership team of Accenture. He has also worked on the LEND LEASE Project, where he played a crucial role in infra and application outsourcing transition, involving 300+ FTEs. Apart from his professional experience, Debasish has interned as a Data Analyst at Kronicle Research and as a Research Associate at Verified Market Research™. He has also developed an automated filtration system to extract metadata from contracts using Python and worked on data modeling to create a database for populating the metadata of the contracts. Debasish's technical skills include research scientist, SQL, infra, and Python. He is a proactive and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
