Debbie Landers is the Head of Operational Success at Georgian, a growth equity firm that invests in software companies disrupting industries through applied and conversational AI and security-based trust. With a mission to help Georgian and its portfolio companies scale and grow, Debbie brings her experience and insight to prevent and mitigate operational challenges. She is a mentor and teacher committed to growing the next generation of talent. Before joining Georgian, Debbie was an independent consultant and advisor, working with start-ups and scale-ups around the world. She also served as the Executive Director of the Windsor Essex Angel Network and remains actively involved in the Windsor Essex entrepreneurial and tech ecosystem, serving on the WETech Board and participating in other community and university initiatives. Prior to these roles, Debbie was a senior executive with IBM, playing various roles globally and in Canada. Debbie holds an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto, an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western University, and a Diplome de Francais Practique in French (minor) from Western University. She has a tech stack that includes AI and has 6.85 years of relevant experience. Debbie is also an Advisor at Appley Health and Cogability.
