Debiprabha Sarkar is a strategic and purpose-driven Talent Acquisition Manager with a passion for empowering people. She is currently leading Talent Acquisition for Rupifi, where she has built the TA team from scratch and is working closely with the leadership team on recruitment strategy and execution. Prior to joining Rupifi, Debiprabha was the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Glowroad.com, where she built the TA team from scratch and set the benchmark for compensation. She managed leadership hiring singlehandedly, ran several employee engagement programs, and managed 350+ manpower with their appraisals. She also worked closely with the Founder, Co-founder, and CEO of the organization. Debiprabha's previous experience also includes working as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Trell, where she coordinated with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determined selection criteria, and closed the final call with candidates. She planned interview and selection procedures, designed job descriptions and interview questions that reflected each position's requirements, helped in onboarding, negotiated CTC with offered candidates, and helped in rolling out offers. Debiprabha holds an EPGDM in HR from Alliance University and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Periyar University. She is skilled in parts-of-speech and machine learning and is pursuing Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
