Debjani De is a seasoned Chief Technologist at Openwave Mobility Inc., with over 25 years of experience in building and solutioning wireless products that deliver on business metrics. She is a skilled architect with expertise in LTE, UMTS, software architecture, and design. Debjani has a consistent track record of building custom solutions, pre-sales, and business development. She graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. Debjani has worked in various organizations, ranging from start-ups to mid-sized and large-sized companies, encompassing multiple geographies, distributed teams, and functions. She has the ability to work across organizational functions to collaborate towards a common business goal. Currently, Debjani is the Chief Technologist at enea openwave, where she is driving solutions using AI/ML to solve wireless network capacity and scaling, encrypted traffic handling problems. She is also defining 5G solutions for next-gen use cases, gaming, optimized & stateless data path. Debjani conceptualized and delivered LTE network congestion detection via AI/ML for large-scale (terabytes) deployments. She has built a high-performing AI/ML team with 3GPP wireless domain expertise. In the past, Debjani has worked as the Chief Architect at Radisys, where she was the primary architect to understand customer’s technical requirements, come up with network & system architecture, position Radisys products & services, provide design alternatives, and explore possible performance challenges. She has also worked as a Senior Architect/Architect at Continuous Computing, where she successfully delivered 20+ mid to large projects and handled all professional services accounts as an architect. Debjani's education history includes a degree from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, which she completed in 1997.
