- Managed the recruitment and marketing team (team of 18) and partnered with 10 lines of business on hiring and programme management across 12 countries. Businesses include Technology, Risk, Sales and Trading, Investment and Corporate Banking, Compliance, Human Resources, Audit, Transaction Services and Research
- Oversaw EMEA recruitment strategy, headcount process/forecasting, diversity and inclusion and programme management
- Overhauled attraction campaign to enhance employer brand. Consistently moved up key rankings for e.g. moved up 29 places to 2nd position (Rate my Placement 2014)
- Launched an Africa Programme in Nigeria and Ghana sponsored by Senior Leadership. Set up the campaign from scratch and made 23 hires in year one (83% female). Programme won the 2013 Global Diversity & Inclusion Award
