• Built the roadmap and core capabilities for Colleague in Loop exception handling application in automation workflows where there is a need for a human/colleague to step in and supervise a machine worker(s) completed task.

Entertainment/Ticketing Project: 2017-2019
• Led the responsive web engagement technical team from concept, design, development and production through launch partnering with cross functional teams: GABM API team, Designer team and 3rd party vendor Ticketmaster helping with negotiating timelines with leads on all teams to be an iterative release cycle. This resulted in a ticket purchase amount of $2.4M the first year of launch
• Optimized the search/checkout components of the tickets surfacing on site and successfully integrating with Geocoding API, American Express Checkout and Polling for orders in cart.

Shop small Project: 2016-2017
• Built web engagement site -- shopsmall.com leading to 13% more consumers than 2015.They spent an estimated $15.4 billion at independent retailers and restaurants.
• Solutioned the Moderation tool with Role based access for the Shop Small backend applications from concept, design, ideation and development using Lean Agile principles for incremental releases of the products.
• Measured metrics’ improvement over the past year by creating the Splunk dashboard and set key metrics for measuring success.

Membership Rewards Project: 2015-2016
• Partnered with Product to refresh Membership rewards web pages
