Deepak Agarwal is a highly skilled Analyst currently working with Standard Chartered GBS. With over 4 years of relevant experience, he has developed a deep understanding of collections-related MIS reports, including Pre-X, X and 30+ delinquency liners, bounce rates, Recovery, and more, across various products like Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Mortgages, and SMEs for India. He is also proficient in working on reports related to Moratorium extended to Indian clients for the period of Mar20 to Aug20. Deepak is an expert in SAS 9.4 and SQL, writing SAS codes for any new Collections report added to the SLA and automating the process of legacy reports generation. He has previously worked as an R&D Intern at the Centre for Digital Innovation (Incubation Centre - Christ University) and an Engineering Intern at Wiznet Technology.
