Deepak holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from IGNOU and a B.S.C degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai. He has a strong academic background and has consistently demonstrated his ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Deepak's technical expertise includes Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, and Microsoft technologies. He has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing contact center solutions, cloud-based solutions, and network infrastructure. He has also worked on various projects involving data center migration, disaster recovery, and network security.
