Deepika Chauhan is an accomplished Instructional Designer Consultant currently working with EY. With over 4 years of experience in the field, Deepika has developed a deep understanding of e-learning and adult learning theory. Her core competencies include developing scenario-based eLearning, assessments, and interactive software simulations using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Captivate, VYOND, Camtasia, and Rise. She has also designed and developed employee training programs, including procedural/compliance training, employee orientation, and soft-skills training. Deepika has worked with a variety of instructional design models, including ADDIE and SAM, and has experience working with Learning Management Systems. She is skilled in analyzing learning needs, implementing new and innovative learning strategies, and collaborating with SMEs to develop effective training programs. Prior to joining EY, Deepika worked as a Digital Learning Experience Developer at Thomson Reuters, where she simplified complex learning processes using digital tools and techniques. She also collaborated with global key stakeholders and leadership to assess learning gaps and consult on technology-based learning solutions. Before that, she worked as an Instructional Designer at Wipro, where she developed high-quality e-learning modules and provided advice to subject matter experts. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Noida International University. In addition to her technical skills, she is a creative and flexible course designer who consistently produces engaging and interactive learning modules that enhance retention and knowledge transfer.
