He is currently serving as the Director at Consultus Retail, where he provides expert guidance to clients on business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. Prior to his current role, Deepinder has held several leadership positions in renowned organizations. As the Vice President and Head of Retail and Distribution Business at Bombay Dyeing, he successfully managed the domestic retail distribution business of the 136-year-old flagship company of the Wadia Group. He was responsible for driving growth, expanding the retail network, and enhancing customer experience. In his role as Executive Vice President and Head of Beanstalk and Distribution Business at Mahindra Retail Pvt. Ltd, Deepinder led the Kids and Toys concept store SBU “Beanstalk” and the distribution business for categories like Back To School, Toys, Gifts, Novelties, Travel and safety, Wellness, and Kids Apparel. Under his leadership, Beanstalk was adjudged “The most innovative new concept” at Asia Retail Congress in 2012 and Mahindra Retail (Beanstalk) was awarded for Retail Marketing Campaign of the year 2012 by Asia Retail Congress. Deepinder holds a Pre-University degree in PCM from G M N College, Ambala Cantt and a CBSE degree in PCMB from Central School No. 2, Ambala Cantt.
