At Green Bridge Consulting, she set up the recruitment team and headed the recruitment team for staffing. She introduced multiple clients from non-IT, manufacturing, e-commerce, gaming, IT, and ITES sectors, and managed stakeholder and client relationships. Deepthi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Chaitanya PG College, Kishanpura, Hanamkonda (Autonomous), and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same institution.
