Deepti Palakodet is a highly experienced Sr. QA Engineer currently working for SoftIkon at Google Inc. With over 16 years of relevant experience, she has a proven track record of creating effective test plans, test data, and test cases, and executing them flawlessly. Deepti is responsible for setting up test environments, creating automation scripts, and running performance tests for GSA adaptors. She is also responsible for reporting bugs and verifying bug fixes, which includes customer bug fixes in release patches. Deepti is an expert in preparing test summaries and providing sign-off. Prior to joining Google, Deepti worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for Intuit Inc. where she was responsible for story development in sprint planning meetings, setting up the test environment and creation of test data, automating test cases using TestNG, and executing them for each build. She also performed end-to-end testing of web services, reported defects in JIRA, and gave sprint demos to product managers/owners. At CA Technologies, Deepti worked as a Technical Support Engineer, where she responded to issues reported by customers pertaining to workload automation products. She was responsible for troubleshooting and considering possible causes, working with the customer to resolve issues, and controlling the workload in the queue. Deepti holds a Bachelor's Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Her technical skills include QA, testing, and web technologies.
