Dell Oliver is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a passion for creating diverse and inclusive hiring cultures. She managed over 10 accounts at one time, sourcing very niche positions in all facets of the tech coding/programming space. Dell also interviewed candidates to ensure they were the right fit for the client and worked closely with Directors and CTOs of the companies to provide market analysis. Before her career in recruitment, Dell worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Amazon, where she evaluated risk and solved complex onsite issues. She was the only HR representative on site at nights for Amazon Pharmacy in Phoenix and effectively ran her own shift, handling all escalations on nights. Dell worked hand in hand with key stakeholders on site before night shift starts to identify any needs or problems that may have occurred on previous night shifts. She also successfully managed rosters and worked with managers to manage attendance occurrences and provide guidance for the proper actions to be taken. Dell holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Colorado Mesa University. She is skilled in Senior Software Engineering and Machine Learning.
