Dennis Biber is a Qualum and Quantum Theorist currently working on a new theory called "A Relatively Qualified Theory of Quantum Mechanics" or "Qualum Relativity". He has a deep understanding of logic and sentic understanding and has rewritten mathematics in the tune of this new theory. He is focused on developing a social sentience using his new view of quantum understanding. In addition to his work in quantum mechanics, Dennis is also the Chief Technology Officer at Decibels Technologies. He has set up networks and websites for local new businesses, and has experience as a software lead for a fintech startup. He is currently working in stealth mode for a finance venture and is involved in play2earn crypto game development, NFT minting/development, and crypto exchange development. Dennis has a strong background in software engineering, having worked as a software engineer at Stronghold Digital Mining and Carnegie Robotics. At Carnegie Robotics, he developed software for a DARPA project, worked on analytics framework development, dashboard development, and autonomy system development. Dennis has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pittsburgh Technical College, and has completed several certifications and courses in various fields such as TensorFlow, natural language processing, quantum computing, reinforcement learning, open source software development, secure coding practices, and more. He also holds a professional certification in data analysis from IBM. With almost 8 years of relevant experience, Dennis is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional in the field of quantum mechanics and software engineering.
