Dev Shah is a final year student at BITS Pilani, with a passion for working at the intersection of design, tech, and data, with a user-centric approach. As a Product and PM Fellow at NextLeap, he is responsible for enabling like-minded individuals to participate in events together. Dev has relevant experience of 0.36 years, which includes working as a Software Engineer Intern at OnSolve LLC, where he worked with the development team to deliver the best on-mobile experience for users, primarily on React Native. Dev's past experience also includes working as a Product Intern - MagicLeap at LambdaTest, where he managed the end-to-end implementation of error categorization and mapping for Selenium testing to improve test efficiencies by 15%. He also designed wireframes on Figma and created PRDs for JIRA integration with the automation dashboard, coordinating its development across engineering, product, and design teams. Dev also improved the documentation for LambdaTest's automation tool with a JavaScript framework for quicker resolution and accessibility to developers. Dev has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with a minor in Finance. He also holds a Higher Secondary Board degree from R.D. Contractor High School and a GSEB degree from St. Xavier's High School - Surat. Dev's tech stack includes product management, software engineering, testing, React Native, mobile, Selenium, Javascript, and integration.
