Devang Anant Darode is a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for automation and robotics. With over two years of experience in mechatronic auto gear shift technology for a multinational automobile OEM, he has developed a strong foundation in the field. Additionally, he has over a year of experience in development at Space Team Aachen in Germany, where he led the design and development of the altitude control system of a rocket. Devang holds a Master's degree in Robotic Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and has led the robotics team at his university, NIT Jaipur. He is now seeking a practical opportunity to further develop his skills in automation and robotics. He possesses problem-oriented thinking, a flexible work style, and a quick learning ability, making him an asset to any team. Currently working as a System Engineer at Space Team Aachen, Devang has achieved several accolades and responsibilities, including winning the COTS category and the "Newcomer" Award in EuroCup20 held in Portugal. He has also assisted in the design and fabrication of a rocket payload experiment. In his previous role as an Assistant Manager at Maruti Suzuki, Devang identified the root cause of market failure of the mechatronic system of Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) and worked on developing countermeasures for the two largest market problems in the system. He also achieved the Best Performing Graduate Engineer Trainee Award in a batch of 240 candidates and the First prize in a company-wide Robot Race Competition. Devang's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur, and a Higher Secondary Education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Electronics from Marotrao Mude Jr. College, Nagpur. He also holds a Metric Qualification/Class 10th from Shri Umiyashankar Narayanji High School, Nagpur. Devang is a highly skilled individual with a strong foundation in automation and robotics.
