Currently, Devang serves as the Chief Technology and Product Officer at KredX, a fintech company based in Bengaluru, India. In this role, he is leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and product people to build tools, products, and processes that make access to capital easy, fast, and efficient for growth-oriented businesses in India. He is passionate about solving complex problems and is always looking for new opportunities to make a positive impact on the world. Devang has a strong academic background, having completed a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.E (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the technology industry, including Oracle, where he served as a Senior Software Development Engineer in the Exadata Group. In this role, he focused on improving performance, reliability, and scalability for Exadata servers. Devang is a versatile technologist with expertise in ML, data science, web development, and software engineering. He is always on the lookout for new developments in engineering and is constantly experimenting with new ideas and techniques. He is also a creative thinker who understands that there are many tools other than engineering that can be used to solve problems effectively. In his free time, Devang enjoys traveling across India and talking to interesting people. He is passionate about exploring opportunities to solve important problems using technology and is always looking for new challenges to tackle.
