Devesh Kumar S. is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in Python and Java. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Devesh has worked in various roles in the software industry for over 7 years. Currently, he is a Senior Software Engineer at PayU, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Engineer at Tesla, where he developed software libraries in Python/C++ to interact with a wide variety of equipment used in the measurement and control of Tesla modules. He also implemented a new Python/ReactJS based software framework using microservices architecture for end-to-end functional evaluation of Tesla’s low voltage modules like Media Control and Autopilot module for Model SX and 3. In addition to his industry experience, Devesh has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University, where he instructed classes and lab sessions on Information Systems and Distributed Class. He also prepared tutorials on SQL, JDBC, and PL/SQL and created a Spark project.
