Devesh Kumar is an experienced Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the Software Development industry. He is skilled in Scala, Akka, Java, Spring Boot, and Azure, among other technologies. Devesh holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology. Currently, Devesh is working as a Java Backend-Developer for the Mexico e-commerce team at Walmart Labs. Prior to this, he worked with Citrix R&D in the area of Cloud and DevOps, where he gained experience in both Software Development and DevOps. Devesh has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree, where he worked on a project for one of the biggest hospitality chains in the world. The project was part of a Tech Modernisation initiative called ELEVATE, which aimed to re-architect the current Revenue Management System (RMS) portfolio of applications. Devesh's technical skills include Java8, SpringBoot, Akka, Scala, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Kafka, among others. He is also experienced in microservices, SQL, Cassandra, Search, and Elastic Search. Devesh is a strong software professional with a demonstrated history of working on complex projects.
