Deveshwar Jaiswal is a skilled Front-End Lead Developer with a passion for building the best EdTech platform. With almost 5 years of relevant experience, he has created scalable and cross-platform compatible apps for his current company, PhysicsWallah, which serves multiple clients. He has also led his team by dividing tasks and taking part in daily scrums and UI/UX reviews to optimize the user journey. Deveshwar is also working on SEO compatibility for the web. Prior to joining PhysicsWallah, Deveshwar worked on web development projects, including creating full-stack blog sites using CRUD operations and hosting them live via Heroku. He also made three cool games using JavaScript and applied Bootstrap, CSS, and responsiveness to websites, giving them a cleaner look. Most of these projects were from the courses in which he was enrolled. He recently launched a doubt engine in live classes and is working on revamping the company's Angular 8 project to Angular 12 SEO compatible web from scratch. Deveshwar is also taking part in UI/UX reviews by designing and product teams and coming up with suggestions to further improve the user flow. He is also helping the backend team with API key value handling. Deveshwar's past experience includes working as a Front-End Lead Developer at Penpencil, where he managed the front-end of all apps, websites, and desktop applications. He also trained interns and new joiners about the work and took part in tech scrums, meetings, and UX overflow. He also worked as an Ionic Developer at Penpencil, where he handled UI/UX, Logic/Routing Handling, flow and structure management, API integration, data manipulation, payment gateway handling, responsive UI, cross-platform (web, app/PWA) support, Async await, Promise handling, optimization, handling junior devs, and a team of testers, connecting with tech leads and clients for on-time deliveries.
