He is proficient in programming languages such as R, VB Scripting, SQL, and RPA (UI Path), and has experience working with DA/DV, ITSM & ITAM Tools such as R, SPSS, Minitab, Advanced Excel VBA Scripting, IBM Watson Analytics, Tableau, BMC Remedy, Freshdesk, Manage Engine, Service Now, IBM Tivoli & Symphony Summit. Devi has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from IBS Dehradun and a PGPM degree from IBS Bangalore, both in Marketing. He also has an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from A S R Institute of Engineering and Technology.
