Devika Prabhu is an accomplished Ecommerce Channel Lead with over 6 years of experience working in sales and marketing projects across territories. Currently, she is working with PepsiCo, where she has been instrumental in stabilizing business operations and supporting front-end sales teams. Devika has handled various challenging roles during her tenure with PepsiCo, including managing 25 salespersons in challenged TTY, single-handedly managing the digital leg of Release The Pressure campaign, stabilizing PepsiCo Foods business operations in Vizag District, assessing PepsiCo's first-ever global Telesales initiative as a GTM format, and designing an outreach plan for Safe & Nutritious Food initiative. Devika started her career with PepsiCo as an MBA Summer Intern, where she executed the first season of the 'Crash the Pepsi-IPL' crowdsourcing campaign. She collaborated between digital team, technical & creative partners to deliver against critical timelines and analyzed campaign performance against key metrics to identify bottlenecks & recommend solutions. She also managed the rating of films, gaining insights into consumer perception of brand Pepsi. Prior to PepsiCo, Devika worked with Impetus as an Associate Software Engineer, where she contributed to the last leg of product development on real-time processing and customization of enterprise data. She automated monitoring of data generated at client-end for a top pharmaceutical company in the U.S., coordinated with an established consulting firm for monitoring and tracking online data, operationalized the company's flagship product at client-end, and initiated the development of a tool for file filtering with a potential for saving 75 man-days/year. Devika holds a PGP degree from IIM and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from IIT in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. She also holds a Higher Secondary (XII) degree in Science from Kishinchand Chellaram College of Arts Commerce and Science and an ICSE (Xth) degree in Science from Queen Mary School.
