Devika Razdan is a seasoned technology leader with over 18 years of experience in solving complex business problems using data, technology, and automation. She is currently the Director of Product Engineering at blinkit, where she leads cross-functional teams and focuses on guiding them using user-first thinking and design principles. Devika is a generalist with a strong foundation in engineering and system design thinking, and she excels in building, mentoring, and coaching high-performance teams. Devika's highlights include expertise in strategy and growth, architecture and system design, product management, marketing automation, vendor management, mentoring and coaching, process improvements, and agile methodology. She has worked with various companies, including Publicis Sapient and SapientNitro, where she played a crucial role in designing and delivering platform solutions for large-scale retail clients. Devika has also been actively involved in pre-sales, RFPs, proposals, and pitches, and she has conducted client workshops to close business and technology roadmaps. Devika is a CMS subject matter expert and has experience working with Java, AWS, AEM, SQL/NOSQL, Redis, and Swift. She has managed teams of 50-80 backend, frontend developers, architects, and QEs, and she has also been a part of the Women Leadership Network, where she leads Women in Technology for Sapient India. Devika's leadership journey has been featured as a women leader in a special edition of an internal Sapient marketing campaign. Devika holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. She is a product manager, senior software engineer, and has expertise in SQL, AWS, frontend, backend, Redis, NoSQL, Java, and Swift.
