Devinder Singh is a highly skilled C++ developer with 1.43 years of experience in the software engineering industry. He is a graduate of IIT Roorkee, where he obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2021. Devinder is currently working as a Member of Technical Staff at qi-cap, where he has built a market data archival app for archiving every-day’s data from NSE. His primary responsibility is to read the data from the platform using SHM(Shared Memory) and send it to the Kafka server, where it is stored in different topics. Devinder also recovers the missed ticks from the exchange and sends them to Kafka. He has extensive experience in C++, Apache Kafka, CMake, and GDB. Prior to joining qi-cap, Devinder worked as a Member Of Technical Staff at ThoughtSpot, where he was responsible for the improvements in the Java services deployed in the Kubernetes world. These services were responsible for the lifecycle management of the SAAS cluster. Devinder also debugged and provided fixes for the issues in dev, staging, and production environments. He primarily worked on Java, Python, SpringBoot, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, AWS, and MongoDB. Devinder has also worked as a Back End Developer at Movemewithcare, where he corrected all glitches of the existing website and applied corrective web codes for full functionality and effectiveness using PHP and MySQL. He made changes needed for the website to extract correct data from different forms of the website and added some additional features to the website as instructed. Devinder also made the website mobile-friendly. He completed this work under the guidance of Dr. Dan Amzallag, CEO Movemewithcare. Devinder's technical skills include Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, Java, Terraform, Backend, Docker, MongoDB, Spring Boot, Python, PHP, MySQL, and Web.
