Dhairya Chugh is a Senior year Undergraduate in Computer Science with a specialization in Cloud Computing and Virtualization Technology. He is a Software Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and has 5 Microsoft certifications. Currently working as an SDE-1 at ion, he is responsible for the backend development of the product named Anvil-9, which provides a fully functional solution to meet the needs of funding desks. Dhairya has worked on various real-world projects in the fields of Website Designing and Development, Platform Development, Infrastructure Engineering, and Software Engineering. He has successfully delivered products and services to the respective organizations he has collaborated with. He has also found his passion in the field of Software Engineering, which has benefited him in multiple scenarios he has encountered with. Apart from his technical experience, Dhairya is a fun-loving person who is an avid writer, a better version of a bathroom singer, and a planner. He is very flexible in his approaches, thinks critically, and is a solution-oriented person. Dhairya strongly believes that building for tomorrow and inculcating a growth mindset is extremely important for any technologist today and strives to do the same. With his personal development as a Computer Science Undergrad, Dhairya has tried his hands on Data Structures and Algorithms and Competitive Programming problems, Machine Learning, Python, and AI to an intermediate to advanced level alongside keeping his proficiency in development as well as other skills. He has a relevant experience of 0.78 years and has received three full-time offers as an FTE for the SDE role with more than 14LPA+ compensation. Dhairya has worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility volunteer at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and as a Software Developer Intern at Halliburton, where he researched for the technology of borehole drilling indicators and proposed Minimum Curvature algorithm for accelerating borehole quality by 60-70%. He transformed the 2D as well as 3D plots for the borehole digging on a real-time basis using the Plotly.js library for improved visualization. He also developed a dashboard with alerting at every 5 minutes for inconsistency in trajectory and reducing the cost of the operation.
