Dhairya Ostwal is a highly motivated and enthusiastic CSE pre-final year student at VIT Vellore with a passion for UI development using ReactJS. With a wealth of experience in various roles ranging from software development to product management, Dhairya has worked with several renowned and NASSCOM-backed startups, including ontribe™, where he currently works as a Product Manager. At ontribe™, Dhairya has been instrumental in creating onTribe Hiring Events, which has significantly increased product-customer stickiness. He has also reduced the falloff ratio of users from 65% to 42.5% and overall falloff ratio from 90% to 59%. His effective weekly mails and community sessions have seen a significant increase in readership, from 70 reads to 165+ reads per mail. Dhairya has also worked on increasing the conversion of users from signup to onboarding and getting verified. He suggested two small changes in the UI to establish more social trust and increase user-product usage. In the past, Dhairya has worked as a Software Engineering Intern at tribe, where he designed and implemented responsive Landing UI, cleaned up the code, and worked on Designer and Developer Premium Portfolios, each of which components were hand-crafted. He also enhanced the React-Slick NPM Package documentation. Dhairya has also worked as a Business Development Intern at legalmind, where he worked directly with the CEO and Head of Sales, responsible for expansion and pre-sales in Bengaluru. He was offered a position for Beta Product Role out team. Dhairya's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from VIT, which he is expected to complete in 2023. Dhairya's tech stack includes product management, UI development, ReactJS, software engineering, and design. With 2.44 years of relevant experience, Dhairya is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who is always willing to go the extra mile to deliver more than expected.
