Dhamodaran Pandian, also known as DD, is a co-founder and director at CLSS Labs Inc, a company that specializes in SAP ERP, business intelligence, Salesforce integration, custom application development, and mobile application development. With over 14 years of international experience, DD has a strong background in building growth strategies, program management, project management, business development, operations management, and business process improvement. He has successfully launched 7 full products, 12 custom solutions, and multiple minimum viable products across different industries. As a co-founder and director at CLSS Labs, DD is involved in almost every activity that has taken the company to its current position. He strongly believes in growth through partnership and emphasizes sustained delivery quality, process innovation, and improvement. DD leads a cohesive team of programmers, architects, and business analysts who work together to deliver enterprise-class applications that meet the customer's requirements. He also offers open-source services, such as mobile application and browser-based custom applications, and broadcast media solutions, such as TV and radio ad traffic management, broadcast content scheduler, radio automation, and radio competitor tracker. Prior to co-founding CLSS Labs, DD worked as an SAP consultant at Siemens, where he led multiple SAP support, upgrade, and implementation projects. He holds an MBA in software enterprise management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a master's degree in computer applications from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Thiagarajar College. He also completed a student exchange program in international business/trade/commerce at the University of Victoria. DD's role at CLSS Labs involves exploring the North American market, identifying potential customers, and generating business for the company. He also serves as a project manager and product architect, overseeing the execution of product launches and version releases, tracking and reporting key performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams for launch and release activities. DD is a senior software engineer with expertise in mobile, Salesforce, integration, and testing, and has relevant experience of 15.78 years.
