Lalith is a highly skilled project manager with over 17 years of experience in project management, mergers and acquisitions, data analytics, service delivery, and operations management. He is currently working as an HRS M&A Project Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. where he is spearheading mergers and acquisition, divestiture, and spin-off projects, integrating them with various HR services delivery teams. Lalith is also collaborating the integration of APAC & LA countries through aligning with relevant stakeholders and COEs. He is fulfilling assigned projects in accordance with agreed transition service agreements. Prior to his current role, Lalith worked as an HR Data Manager at Honeywell where he was responsible for senior data analyst, PeopleSoft, functional testing, handling re-organizations, handling acquisitions and divestitures, data quality audits, and metrics.
