Currently serving as the Business Leader for Technology Recruitment Practice at Quadrangle, a professionally managed Search & Selection firm established in 1997, Dhaneesh is responsible for driving the company's strategic vision and growth in the technology space. With his expertise in talent acquisition, he has been instrumental in building strong relationships with key clients and delivering desirable results. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Dhaneesh worked as the Associate Director and Chief Consultant at Anzy Careers, where he handled a portfolio of key and strategic clients for Delhi/NCR & Bangalore region. He led a team of five people to fill mid and senior-level roles in the eCommerce and product space, working closely with the management to plan, strategize, and execute various working models. Dhaneesh also played a critical role in working & closing Senior & CxO level mandates. Before Anzy Careers, Dhaneesh served as the Practice Head for Technology and Leadership Hiring at GlobalHunt, where he built the IT product recruitment space from scratch. He worked with some leading eCommerce and enterprise companies and startups, focusing on leadership hiring, executive search & selection. Dhaneesh holds a degree from Wigan & Leigh College, UCLAN Partner Institute, and Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is proficient in search and has a proven track record of delivering results.
